This loaner program was established in 1948 by Soroptimist International of Anacortes and is managed by the club’s Home Health Committee. The equipment is loaned free of charge and can be borrowed for any length of time. This program is available to anyone living in the 98221 zip code only. Unfortunately, we can not loan to long term care facility residents.

If you are picking up equipment for someone not residing in your home the Home Health Equipment Loan Program Signature Authorization Form (click here) needs to be printed, signed and brought to the shop.  You can also read the Release of Liability Agreement (click here) which will be signed when picking up equipment (available at shop).

Please come visit us at the glass doors on the SE corner of the building, accessed by the alley. Ring the door bell if the door is not open.

Donations of medical equipment should be brought directly to the home health room during open hours. We can only accept equipment that is similar to what we have listed below. All equipment needs to be clean and in good working condition.
